Every workshop attendee is supplied with a coaching handbook which serves both as a content guide for the workshop and as a powerful reference for participants' coaching journey.
Training workshops are designed to have powerful presentations (20%) with a high level of engagement (80%), so participants learn from hands-on experience.
Each workshop has a simple flow of Why, What, and How. "Why" answers how coaching is relevant to the audience. “What” answers what we embody as coaches. "How" addresses learning a coaching skillset.
Participants will be assigned random coaching partners throughout the workshop. This helps diversify their experience and learning as real-world scenarios will not always be known, easy, or completely comfortable.
