 Each workshop has a simple flow of Why, What, and How. "Why" answers how coaching is relevant to the audience. “What” answers what we embody as coaches. "How" addresses learning a coaching skillset.

Participants will be assigned random coaching partners throughout the workshop. This helps diversify their experience and learning as real-world scenarios will not always be known, easy,  or completely comfortable.

       The backbone of this training workshop stems from Andrew’s formal coaching education as an Executive Life Coach. Executive coaching represents one of Andrew’s highest values which is managing and growing teams in excellence. Stellar management and focus on employee growth lead to greater company impact, increases in revenue, sparking innovation, and reduction in burnout among other benefits. 


       This workshop trains foundational coaching skills into leaders to instill a culture of growth in their organizations, help them formulate powerful questions that reach deeper into a person's being and elevate team synergy through hands-on coaching experience. Organizations opting into this workshop choose to invest in their team versus investing in the service of coaching.
