Personal Coaching

• Currently offering Relationship and Executive (management, entrepreneurial, leadership, etc.) Life Coaching.
• Executive Coaching helps leaders realize their potential and execute peak performance, exemplify culture, drive their vision, accomplish what is set on their heart, find a work-life balance, and address workplace or personal life crises.
• Relationship Coaching helps people define what they want in a relationship, maximize life enjoyment, self-reflect--leading to meaningful and fulfilling personal development, accelerate relationship next-stage readiness, elevate relationship contribution and performance, and more.

 The Coach

Andrew Barcenas 

Welcome! I am Andrew, the founder, and coach of God Equation Coaching. Having worked as a chaplain and pastor, bringing this organization into existence is the result of many heart-led and spirit-led decisions. The journey mostly started after a friend had died while I was attending Walla Walla University. That tragedy convicted me to write a book called "The God Equation," and I went to live alone in the mountains of Costa Rica to pursue that calling.

After graduating from WWU, I desired a professional and credible perspective for my authorship pursuit, so I went to Andrews University to get my Master of Divinity. While the book is still in development, it's a simple and innovative view of life and theology that found much of the workshop's principles. My hope is that the love of God shines through my workshops to inspire people to love deeper and experience an even healthier and happier life!

Aside from GEC, I enjoy being outdoors, many sports, and teaching--working as a life coach trainer at Coach Training EDU, where I myself was trained. I currently reside in Missoula, Montana with my wonderful little family: my wife and dog.
